I recently posted my mostly finished game a couple days ago, but I can't seem to get it to play. It only shows me a blank screen with "restart" at the top.

Can anyone else confirm this?

Looks like you've not uploaded the whole game. index.html is there, but the files containing the game (primarily story.js, but also stuff like style.css) are missing.
When you zipped up the file to submit, are you sure that you included all the required files? Did you put some of them in folders inside the archive or something like that?

Now that you pointed that out, that has greatly helped. I got the right files into a zip and updated the game
